James, who has over 25 years experience in mechanical engineering, is the founder member of Aquarius. Having returned to the UK from Australia, where he worked alongside Aries Railroad Technologies Ltd, he spotted a gap in the market for high quality road-rail Land Rovers. James built on the rail infrastructure industry experience and best practices he had gained in Australia, which were equally relevant to the UK market.

James is the company MD and is responsible for all major policy decisions and oversees the company’s internal and external operations. He has responsibility for business development and has a portfolio of clients with which he develops long-term corporate relationships.
